Maximum credit limit of $1,350 per family (which is reached with a $10,000 Renovation). Applicable on renovations to kitchens, bathrooms, basements, hardwood flooring, additions, decks, fences, retaining walls, and painting the interior or exterior of a house between January 27, 2009 and before February 1, 2010. Does not apply to general repairs or maintenance, furniture, appliance, or tools.
